Axel sat atop the ice cold steel observation table in the equally as cold white tiled room he’d been allotted upon his entrance to the windowless underground laboratory. There were needle marks marring his arms that had only recently healed, bruises on his body that had barely just recovered, blood on his lip where once they were full and red for another reason. The speaker crackled to life and Axel flinched automatically glancing at the offending black box with more fear in his eyes than was necessary for such a harmless device.
‘You may leave now Mr. Fox your check up is complete.’
Axel visibly relaxed, rarely did the nurses use that manner of communicating, from his understanding the PA system was in the good doctors office and it was the reason he used it most. Staggering from his frigid place of rest his trembling fingers stumbled over his pants pulling them up over his ass, his fingers fell away from the zipper and he had to take a few gasping breaths to calm down before he could properly zip himself up and button his pants back in place. Taking another breath he walked across the room jerking IV drips out of his arms and pulling heart and brain wave monitor sticky pads off his chest. He hissed but this was a light pain, it wasn’t something he couldn’t get over.
Quietly he fingered the welts that were already vanishing in to his flesh and he shivered. He staggered and slipped to his knees his hands grabbing for his black gloves before he pulled them on and a measure of calm filled him once more. Axel was a wreck without his gloves, ruled by fear of being overwhelmed he lived with his gloves, slept, ate and bathed in them they were as much apart of him as his skin…only safer than his skin.
He chuckled bitterly at the thought as he jerked his shirt on the baggy black shirt he wore when he knew he had to come down here for more tests. Smoothing his fingers through his messy black spikes he got off the floor and jerked the door open. He was feeling better knowing he was about to get out of here, glancing over his shoulder he moved foreward, it was his habit to watch his back down here but that meant he wasn’t paying attention to what was in front of him.
THWACK
Staggering back Axel blinked, it had been a near call but he hadn’t brushed any skin. Axel hissed somewhat at who it was and rubbed at his right at tiredly. He’d bumped in to Connor, wonderful of all the fucking people to bump in to in this fucking hell hole it was Connor. He muttered he quick apology then fidgeted somewhat. He really wanted out of there but now he felt rooted to the spot, what could he do? Brush past and hope for the best?
Ask him to move? Or risk pressing against the wall and reliving the memories he’d been forced to see in the room just minutes before? Just thinking about it brought a light dew of sweat to his forehead and raised his heart rate. He struggled to calm down and closed his eyes. He felt a body close in front of him and hesitantly he reached his gloved hand out and touched Connor’s chest lightly. It was closer than when he’d had his eyes opened, he didn’t mind he wasn’t getting anything through the gloves and his proximity attacks were slowly getting less and less as he practiced with them.
“Connor…why are you here?”
His voice was somewhat strained, Axel had only recently started gaining weight again. After all he’d been a drug addict in high school after his loving adoptive parents had taken such good care of him. No sarcasm intended they were wonderful gullible fucking people and Axel was just another government fuck up dumped on the poor family. He stared at Connor through his brown lashes; the look was innocent but dark at the same time and seemed to hold more meaning than simple polite eye contact during a friendly conversation in the middle of a dungeon.
His black shirt hung off his shoulders better than it had when he’d first gotten here and he’d filled out much better as the months went by, the deep purple hallows that had been under his eyes when he’d come were only a faint shading now as he’d been able to sleep better after he’d detoxed from the drugs. He’d also started smiling more, but he was lonely and he didn’t have a room mate just yet, Reid wanted him close, he kept promising to move him in with the fresh meat and honestly Axel didn’t care, company was all he needed.
“Connor?”
He hadn’t been answered, maybe he was being a nuisance he rubbed at his eye once more and sighed before leaning back and staring at the opposite wall waiting to be acknowledged.

Today was a different day than the rest. He'd been asked down the the 'lab' - not the labs, but the lab. The place all the naughty children went. The place that ghost stories were made of, and students never came back from. Of course, that was mostly the rumors that flitted around the school, landing on ears, being twisted, and sent on their 'merry' way.
His physical was supposed to go off without a hitch. He, had been less and less keen on performing this 'required' action - mostly due to the fact that he had no desire to have the good doctor jabbing him with pins and needles, trying to sedate him or touch his 'gift'.
Connor was not defensive, so to speak, but he did not like being the subject of experimentation. He didn't know what his cells might hide, or his blood might keep secret from even him. After all, there was only so much you could do when you were trying to maintain secrecy.
Still. He'd been expecting an empty room. What he'd gotten was an arm full of Axel. Though his flesh never came in contact with the flesh of his fetish, he'd felt that slight jolt of something. Something that another person might identify as lust or love. Something that he identified as... something. Not the atypical quiet that waded through his consciousness at all times.
The hand that crept forward was unexpected - normally it was he that initiated contact with Axel. His own mind, never plagued with constant conscience or sudden bursts of emotion, made him less of a landmine to his premonitient friend, but he always managed to avoid getting too close. The things he'd seen and experienced were not meant for others. They were his own memories, his own thoughts and ideas.
His own refuge.
"Check-up." He replied, quietly, almost hungry for the touch of the other. Axel hadn't removed his fingers from his chest - so, in typical Connor fashion, Connor brought his hand up, a little grin touching his face. He used that hand as leverage to slip around the outside, his own fingertips locked around Axel's wrist.
Along the side of his body, Axel would feel Connor pressing against him, just on his side. Connor liked Axel for more than just friendship. Just like him, Axel was a little bit broken. Of course, different reasons - but that didn't much matter. The end result was the same. Connor, leaning his chin on Axel's shoulder, holding his arm outstretched by his own.
Skin never touched skin - Axel was one of the few human beings that Connor didn't test boundaries with. At least, most boundaries. He'd done this once before... and the results had been interesting.
"I guess you're in good health then, Axel..?" He asked, leaning his head slightly, so that his eyes could trace Axel's jawline. "Did they hurt you?" A hint of concern? No - but he could pretend.
He was dressed in nice clothes today - as if the decision to come down to what equated to a giant cellar didn't affect his wardrobe decision. Long white sleeves on a shirt that buttoned up the center, with a collar that popped in the back. Black pants offset the shirt decision.
"Don't fret, don't fret." He laughed, a cheerful little laugh, before letting go of his wrist, wrapping Axel in a cute little hug. "I'm still looking for a room mate, you know." He added, as if the position was open. He'd pulled strings. He would not be getting a roommate, as far as he knew. But again... for all else...
... he could pretend.

Axel felt anger flare across his mind like a scalding hot slap. With little regard for the position of Connor’s flesh and the distance from his own sensitive skin he shoved Connor away from him. He didn’t like being toyed with and it was something he’d thought about fighting with Connor over. But alas, he could not do it.
He could not jeopardize what little minuscule meaning he had for his life now. Conner was his crack, his brand of heroine and you did not blow your crack in to the breeze and hope it would still get you high in the morning. Connor probably had no idea how badly he wanted to move in with him and it would stay that way, Axel was a man of few words and even less arguments, he was easy to get along with…when he was calm.
“Dr. Reid said he might move me in with that Josh kid down the hall…who knows. Apparently he doesn’t like me being alone it’s been giving me less than pleasing ideas.”
Connor hadn’t been to his room in two nights so it was fair to say that only Reid knew about the cuts on his thigh. It was an awfully painful experience, slicing his flesh with a blade that held neutral memories. He’d only seen himself purchasing it and it had been peaceful to see himself in his head rather than someone else. It was the reason for his check up today, he had no idea how Reid had known but there you have it…freaky ass stalker doctor. Shivering Axel leaned against the wall closing his eyes and wrapping his arms around his still somewhat slender waist. He lifted his dark eyes to stare at Connor, analyze him quietly as though trying to understand him better.
It wasn’t the first time he’d given Connor the ‘soul searching’ gaze and it probably wouldn’t be the last. It frustrated Axel that Connor was such an enigma but it was fantastic how much like a psychic null he was. Touching Connor, being intimate with Connor never brought up painful memories or anything like it. It was simply sex, simply the feel of his body riding Axel’s the sound of skin meeting skin, and there was nothing extra just the hot lust of it.
Axel shivered and felt his cheeks run hot and his throat close with embarrassment. Axel had had accidental flash backs of previous nights when he’d brushed his bare hand against his sheets or a window or a wall. It felt as if every surface in his room had been abused and that too darkened the blush.
Axel smoothed a gloved hand down his face and rolled his dark eyes to stare at Connor once more. So they’d called him down here for a check up, he wondered vaguely what had brought Connor down here. He’d remembered the first time he’d met Connor they’d had to drag him with chains and a straight jacket, he’d been brutal, manic utterly insane and soaked in blood. But he barely remembered what happened that night, it was like a piece of him was missing and he didn’t know how to get in touch with it. Sighing softly he ruffled his hair and bit the tip of a glove pulling it off. Axel flinched automatically from the air touching his hand but it was ok, he reached his hand out his breathing accelerating somewhat.
Finally he gently stroked Connor’s cheek a small smile tugging at the corner of his lips. He listened quietly and his mind was filled with a quietness, silence and it was the most beautiful thing he’d seen in a while, but with it came a price he couldn’t help but flash an image of his bloody thighs in to Connor’s mind. Jerking his hand back he looked away waiting for Connor to disapprove. To scold him though a tiny voice in the back of his head scolded him saying ‘he doesn’t really care about you idiot.’ Axel shivered because in his heart he knew that was true.

His grin only grew as he was finally forced away - it became a full blown smile, and he even chuckled as he touched the cold, hard steel that made up the wall. There hadn't been enough force to truly do anything to him, nor would he have permitted it if there had been. But for now, he'd let Axel feel like he had control of the situation. Their games generally played out that way... he loved to watch Axel rise and fall the way he did.
Axel brought out the best and worst in Connor - Connor, who had so much control at all times... who never let it be wrest from his grasp. He could dangle this treat, or that idea in front of Axel, and only smile when Axel found out that the treat was attached to a net. It never mattered how many times, he was always caught hanging.
He barely waved his hand at the prospect of Reid moving him in with Josh. "I doubt Josh could do for you what I can. How many memories of me do you experience every night...? He asked, not moving away from the wall in the least. "And how many of them are good? What's more... how many wake you up at night?" He could strike a chord with a monk - he knew exactly which strings to pluck to play people. They were his medium of choice.
Axel was just his specialty.
"How many times have you slept against me, and not been forced awake because of my dreams, or my nightmares? I think the only time I've ever woken you up was with my fingers on your skin." In public, he'd never talk like this. At least not so others could hear him. After all, he didn't want to ruin his image.
Maybe, to play his games, he'd ask that Josh be moved in with him for a little while? That would be amusing enough - and he had enough pull in the school, even after only a year, that it would probably happen. For a second year student, he'd done nothing but pleased those around him. Teachers, students, it didn't matter - he was always ten steps ahead of people, and it made him seem just more kind.
He felt the image, it passed through his mind like a knife. It had been sudden, sharp, and almost painful. But no, it passed quickly, and left him with an odd, tingling feeling in his chest. Perhaps, again, concern - he even knitted his brows to show something like that.
One hand came to rest on that wrist, so he would not be able to cease his motion, and as quick as a snakebite, his other hand was down, between Axel's legs. Not touching anything private, no, but tracing fingers along his thighs where the cuts might be.
"Don't do this any more." He said, his voice more serious now than it might have ever been. It almost startled him - except it had been meant to sound that way. He was serious, and it showed in his unblinking, firey eyes.
Still touching nothing inappropriate, he let his fingers continue to move where he'd seen the crimson lines.
"I don't want to see you hurt." He lied, though no one would ever be able to tell.

Axel shivered and closed his eyes as he felt Connor’s hand closed around his wrist. He swallowed and parted his lids slowly his brown eyes staring at him before looking away rather swiftly as if afraid to meet his direct gaze. It bothered him more than anything to disappoint Connor, for some reason he felt as if he should remember this feeling from somewhere but for now he couldn’t place it.
He shivered as he listened to Connor’s words, just hearing him speak of it once more reminded him of his bed sheets and how much he cherished the memories they held, it made him think better of his power and he was grateful that no one was in the room with him. Sighing softly Axel lowered his face to Connor’s hand holding his wrist.
His breath came out in an easy sigh at the tentative touch of the others fingers on his jeans. More importantly so close to something else he wanted those warm strong hands to touch. Axel’s mouth brushed delicately over the fingers that held his wrist.
“Are you mad…? That I decided to do something so reckless? Don’t worry; Reid wouldn’t let me die. I’m the strongest precog in this little hell he wouldn’t want to lose his favorite experimental toy now would he?”
It was strangely bitter even for Axel. Axel was very good at hiding his usual bitterness, rage and pain behind a shy smile and few words of kindness. It wasn’t like him to be so bitter so forth right. Nipping lightly at the fingers on his wrist he stepped in to Connor a challenge in his eyes. Almost as if he were saying ‘fuck me here if you dare’. Axel had a strange fetish for testing people, for finding there limits or poking their uncertainties and using them to his benefit.
If Connor denied him it could be that he wasn’t as attracted to him as he thought, he was a coward or it could be he cared about him, about the idea of his naked flesh touching the walls of this hell hole, of his sanity not surviving that many visions of pure carnage. On the other hand if he accepted his offer, he truly didn’t care for him at all and would probably get off on his pain, or he was confident in his strange psychic nulling presence so much so he thought he could protect Axel’s mind from the painful memories of this place.
Axel pulled his other glove off and flung it aside, his arms wrapped around Connor his dark eyes deadly serious. Two could play at Connor’s game, if he saw through his false bravery than Axel wouldn’t be able to sit down for a week, and the thought of that turned him on and made him blush at the same time. He swallowed slightly and felt his resolve waver slightly, with that he felt as though her were giving himself away.
After all Connor was the one who usually started these encounters, Axel had no experience other than what Connor had done to him. A faint uneasy blush touched his cheeks and her jerked away and rubbed at his cheeks as if trying to hide it. Sometimes Axel didn’t even make sense to himself, it was as though her were trying to seduce Connor in to doing something unforgivable but at the same time telling him now.
Conflicted was an understatement for this befuddled child.

There was a camera in this room. It had been watching their every move, this particular little encounter being candy for someone's most tepid fantasies. That camera fell to the floor, smashing brightly into a thousand or so pieces. This was a true show of his skill - he'd made the air around it razor sharp, and passed it through the plastic anchor as if it had been paper.
He could do things that people could only dream of. But Axel - Axel thought he'd taken the lead. Connor would just have to shatter that illusion.
"Mad? Of course not. Axel... you're foolish if you think those sorts of things would register. I don't want you to bleed out. I don't want you to hurt yourself. That's all it is. I can't stop you, if it's what you truly want, but I don't think you'll do it again." His eyes didn't waver, didn't falter. They didn't narrow, or adjust - they betray anything.
The betrayal came when his hands moved as fast as the winds he controlled. Axel would find himself facing the wall, with two relatively strong arms wrapped around Axel's own. It was a reverse arm-lock, and it was easy for him. He'd had years to practice, and this was something you didn't forget.
One arm barred Axels hands as he thrust them both forward into a wall. He could, with almost the ease of a telepath, understand Axel's thought process. So, instead of forcing him to experience the full force of the horrid memories, he would make himself a filter. Free hand reached down, and there was the barely audible sound of a button flicking from the seams. Axel would lose his jeans.
A sound of unzipping.
"I don't get mad, Axel. Not with you. I love you." A polygraph would not have moved a milimeter. Forcing fabric from between them, his 'free' hand would slide down to the only other exposed flesh that might come in contact with the wall, grasping it firmly.
He couldn't help but smile. Axel... was unique. That was for certain. But Connor was in control. Fingers slid along flesh, as he leaned the other boy forward, Axel being protected by the one arm that wrapped, shieldlike, around Axel's torso, keeping his hands against his chest. It was the wall, followed by Connor's arm, then Axel's body, and Connor behind him.
"And as much as you may hate to think it, I think you're in love with me. Isn't that right?" His words were quiet, because his face was right next to Axel's. If anyone saw them standing together, they would immediately think the roles reversed. But now, using one hand to toy with Axel's front, while his own pressed deep behind Axel, it was quite obvious who was in control.
"And even if you don't... I'll make you say it."
For all of this 'emotion' that one might expect, he would remain emotionally neutral, even as he satisfied himself - and Axel - in this public place, where anyone might have walked in.

Axel gasped and reacted to the sudden movements of his body in sync not missing a guided step. He was shielded from the suffering by only millimeters and it was that nearness of another attack, of more pain that brought his breath out in a sharp gasp and tightened his throat so no more breath could be released. He shivered feeling Connor mold himself in to his back, and swallowed to clear his throat. He was being taken up on his bluff and he had honestly thought Connor would laugh it off and ignore it. He hated being wrong, especially about Connor.
Axel shivered as he felt a hand smooth down his stomach and for a moment all he could see were the backs of his lids and a faint light. Pleasure was too mild of a word to describe how wonder Connor’s skin on his made him feel. His eyes righted themselves with a lazy speed, as though her weren’t really ready to give up that blissful glazed over gaze and he was more than certain that he wasn’t ready to give up the addictive touch of the man he…had feelings for.
Axel was stubborn when it came to Connor, stubborn and a fool. He found himself making cute mistakes and doing things around him he wouldn’t normally do. So when confronted with the L word what was he supposed to do? He could have cried it made him so happy to hear it and distantly that pessimistic darkness inside of him chortled at the idea of anyone really loving us.
His eyes fluttered once more as his body conformed to the touch, his hips pressing back and his stomach pushing forward. It was as if his body couldn’t decide which pleasure it wanted more and riding the knife edge between too much sensation and just enough was going to frazzle Axel’s brain before too long. He closed his eyes and turned his face towards the so close sound of that sweet voice like a flower turning towards a poisoned sun, unable to stop feeding from it even though it was slowly killing it inside.
Then he allowed a tiny grin to tug at the corner of his lips, he knew by saying what he was planning to say next that he was just inviting trouble but he couldn’t help it. Moving his hips a little more he opened his eyes, heavy lids or not and muttered:
“You’ll never get me to say it Connor…never.”
Some would say Axel was a fool, but the truth was when it came to Connor he was a glutton for punishment. Whatever kept him close at hand, across the hall, within reach. If he could just have Connor it would be ok, he’d never understand how truly grateful Axel was to have someone like him, a psychic null that truly was saving his life and his sanity even if he had designs on his flesh also. But it didn’t matter Connor could have all of him and Axel would ask for nothing but warmth in return.

It was something in his tone, in his words, that made Connor grin. He'd been expecting - hoping - that Axel would say something like that. After all, he was perceptive. And he knew in the same way most people wished they knew one another, that he was going to play this game to win.
And so, without hesitation, with utmost control, he stopped. Their flesh was still together, linked only by perhaps an inch, now, while he remained mostly outside of the fleshy walls of his toy.
"Never, Axel, it's a very long time." His other hand had stopped as well, lingering at the very edge of Axel's appendage, while he leaned his head back and away. He was taking his mind away, his contact. His protection. There'd be no shielding this way, no protection. No warmth. No safety. No love.
Of course, he remained ever still, slightly vigilant, but any motion made by Axel would be met with resistance. He wouldn't be able to tug free, or force himself either forward or back, and with his grip only tightening, he knew how excrutiating it might be for dear Axel to be so very near those walls.
"Because, you see, I came down here to see you. Not for a check up. Reid is gone, and I could have you here all night." He let his fingers wander, tracing silky little lines along sensitive flesh.
"But, I could also leave. That would be fine, too." No bluff, no hints. Nothing more than simple words. He'd be leaving Axel with an incomplete memory, full of half-truths and unfulfilled desires. His quiet mind remained just as calm and unhelpful to his mate, so he had only his wits and ideas to fall back on.
Connor was, plain and simple, an incredible liar. An incredible actor. He very literally got away with murder; and that in itself made him positive he could outmaneuver his slightly taller friend. No matter how hard he wanted this, it wouldn't even play into his psyche or his subconscious.
"Say it." He whispered, his voice betraying nothing more than simple words that meant - at least for Axel - the difference between continuing, and being left alone in this hole, to recover. Coupled with the pressure of the potential contact with the wall...
Whatever decision he made, he'd better make it fast.

Axel gasped at the sudden loss in contact, though he’d known something like this was bound to happen. He’d felt the grin against his cheek before Connor had moved away. Axel felt his body stiffen as he was presented with the ultimatum. He could confess or he could do himself by hand later, choices choices. The thought brought a twisted sort of smile to his lips, he’d never really touched himself before, and it would be interesting to see if his skin held memories of Connor too, though he’d never been able to read himself before. But then again the gnawing voice at the back of his head whispered ‘bluff’ it made sense. Even if he didn’t touch him now he’d be back for more soon, they’d never gone more than two days without fucking before. He’d called it making love in his head but he knew that was a lie, there was no love in the brutal yet gentle sex. If there was love, it was one sided.
Axel’s eyes zoned in on the wall inches away from him, held back by the arm that barred his body from touching the steel. His breath eased out in a shiver, he was afraid, there was a possibility that he would touch the wall and black out. He had no idea what happened after he blacked out but he’d been told it wasn’t pretty. Axel closed his eyes; he wouldn’t give in to Connor, after all Connor enjoyed a challenge.
“Do what you feel is necessary. I won’t bend any further for you.”
But secretly Axel wanted to say those words; wanted to bind himself to Connor with barbed wire and blind fold himself to the truth. He closed his eyes once more and eased his neck forward moving his forehead closer to the wall. He swallowed weakly, if he was going to toss himself in to the black abyss that was Connor’s ‘love’ then he’d do it kicking and screaming even if he wanted to do it quietly. It was his conflicted nature, the force of two personalities colliding.
If Connor could bluff so could Axel, if he touched the wall even with just his forehead he’d lose it. Connor would probably stop him before that time and he was counting on it, counting on the movement that would make it easy to slip his body back and press it tight against Connor once more. The slight flickering of his brown eyes as he moved closer to the wall betrayed the fear that made him taste bile.
“Not like it bothers you whether I say it or not…but there are darker ways than a cold shower to break this hold you have on my body.”
Axel turned his face at the last minute his cheek inches away from the wall and a small smile on his kissable lips. This game they played always walked the fine line between dangerous and safe and right now Axel was teetering in a dangerous direction.

Perhaps Axel did not know; Connor did not bluff. Ever. He lied, he cheated, he stole. He killed.
It was nothing. Connor let his smile fall away. "It's sad, Axel - I expected more from you, perhaps. But at this point, you're going to bend. You don't get a choice in the matter any more." Now, Connor could respect the fact that he didn't always get what he wanted. It was part of his mindset. He calculated, controlled, and knew exactly what would happen depending upon which button he pressed. He'd anticipated Axel's desire would outweigh his 'conflict'.
It didn't.
"Goodbye, Axel." He removed himself completely from the boy, shrugging gently. As it stood, he could smile ever so gently. Connor was not evil - at least, as far as he considered himself to be. He did what he felt was necessary to make the world as good a place as possible. That sort of thing left him feeling a bit... entitled, perhaps.
He hugged Axel close for a second, breathing deeply in to his ear. Kneeling, he lifted Axel's pants back up, sealing them up once more. His breath was warm, and his eyes were closed. "I'd been looking forward to having you live with me." Again, a lie, but Axel would never know. With that, he pushed away from the other boy.
Literally.
He'd let Axel touch the wall - fall in to it, full body. He was already moving towards the hallway, zipping himself up as he moved away, without even a backwards glance. A pang of regret passed through his chest - it was a quick, instant thing. Axel, in the long run, would come back to him, as did the rest of his toys. He wasn't in love with Axel by any stretch of the word, but by comparison to the rest of the student body, he considered Axel... close.
It was almost depressing that Axel wouldn't get to share that closeness today. Eyes were cast to his watch; it was probably too late to head in to town, anyways. He had a date tonight, with a man Connor knew had been abusing his children. Letting his arm fall back to his side, his attention remaining on the air around him to keep himself aware as he usually did, he rounded the hallway, departing from Axel's possible field of vision.
This would have been a great distraction for the day. Ah well.

Axel hit the wall and blacked out as he’d known he would. His brown eyes closed slowly as he slid down the wall, the electricity in the place sparked and flared brighter before the lights burst in crackling lines down the hallway he was in. It had happened in the room where they’d forced him to touch little pieces of steel taken out of the wall, where they’d forced him to guess which flash card would come next and other more aggravating tests that demeaned his humanity and wore down his mind.
He’d already been mentally exhausted and had not really felt tolerant towards his mind being toyed with. Slowly his knees touched the linoleum tiling on the ground. A breath eased past his lips as his hands slid down the steel swallowing each horrific memory with a small jerk of his shoulders, his hands slipped from the wall to rest on his thighs quietly.
Glass had rained down around him from the power of the surge of memories ripping from the walls; it was shocking to say the least. Swallowing Axel’s eyes slowly opened, his eyes were electric blue and memories flowed across his eyes as though they were television screens. Blood spattered in his iris’s, people died, were tortured, an endless amount of lives had been in this place, had walked these halls or been dragged terrified.
A strange laugh bubbled up inside of Axel’s throat and his hand rose to touch his head, his palm sliding down smearing his sweat and tears before dragging them off his skin and wiping it on his shirt. Axel was no longer home, he’d pretty much left the building shielded from the memories in a ball of soothing darkness. Even Reid hadn’t been able to pull this side of Axel out but a few times and each involved extreme torture that was worse than a few cuts or a couple of bruises.
Axel got up smoothing glass out of his hair and pulling off his shoes. Bending down Axel grabbed his gloves and shoved them inside of his pocket. This side of Axel seemed to enjoy the carnage he was seeing, the blood was an aphrodisiac and stopped right around the corner was a way to unleash his pent up…frustration. The sick sound of glass slicing up flesh accompanied the images he saw in his head as his bare feet stepped on the glass and the cold linoleum.
He followed the fresh memory of where Connor had gone, for this Axel had not really recalled which way he’d walked before he smashed in to the wall. His finger twirled a strand of his dark hair quite innocently, nothing but the vacant stare in those suddenly electric blue eyes would reveal that this wasn’t exactly the correct mind in the correct body.
But nevertheless, Reid was not here now to poke and prod at the defense mechanism set in place to protect Axel from suffering. No one was here to stop him there was just Connor and as he could read and see nothing from Connor’s past, other than the drugs Connor had no idea what exactly he’d gotten himself in to. When he thought ‘a little bit broken’ he’d been somewhat mistaken, oh Axel was broken alright, but not in any little way. Axel’s guarded smile and timid behavior was only the tip of the ice burg, and Reid had been struggling to find the other 90% of Axel hidden beneath the black ice water.
“It’s almost a shame too isn’t it Foxy…he tries so hard doesn’t he?”
Axel chuckled to himself as he peered around the corner his naked hand curling around the steel and his body molding to the wall. His blue eyes fucked Connor’s body long before his brain would send the message to his hands to reach out and touch all that delicious looking skin that was all his for the taking. Without further adieu Axel whipped around the corner and grabbed the back of Connor’s shirt.
The corner of his mouth twitched, this Axel had seen Connor once before and it had been early sometime this year, when he’d been dragged to this place covered in the blood of many and smelling of nothing but sex, alcohol and cheap crack. He vacantly remembered paying attention sometime after that when Connor had first truly spoken to them, he’d asked where his blue eyes had gone and Axel had just looked away as though he did not know what he was speaking of.
It made another chuckle burn past his lips as he buried his face in to Connor’s shoulder lightly. His body molded itself comfortably in against his back, listening to the silence he received as a precious gift from the body in front of him. Usually if he heard nothing from a person he would automatically think there was something incredibly wrong with their brain chemistry and maybe they need medical and mental attention immediately.
But he was biased; the man he was in love with could have nothing wrong with him, so he dubbed him a psychic null and loved every piece of dark bliss he received when he lay naked with his skin pressed against the others. His chilled breath brushed Connor’s neck as he whimpered his need weakly in to the others neck.
“All you want is for me to say it right? Fine, I love you Connor with all my heart and soul and especially my mind. My mind loves you the most I swear.”
Another cold chuckle passed his lips as he placed a light kiss against Connor’s neck. He would say whatever Connor wanted if he’d bed him, if he shove him against the cold wall and fuck him raw while his mind was overwhelmed with blood and gore. A violent shudder ripped through his body and he slipped to his knees moaning softly just from the thought of it. Axel was sick; he’d say anything for his replacement drug. Anything that would give him the desired results, his hands smoothed down his back and around his waist to his button. He’d done what he was told he figured he was deserving of the reward he’d been offered before Connor called his bluff.
He slid to his knees and pushed Connor’s shirt up somewhat his teeth setting in to the others side his tongue working lightly over his now bare flesh a soft sigh of desire and neediness echoed against his skin. He was stretched tight and having somewhat of a painful problem below that only Connor could solve. His voice came out hot and breathy against the others side but he begged nonetheless.
“Don’t deny me any longer. Do you want me to say please? Or maybe beg? What do I have to do to get you to fuck me?”
The last was followed up by a wet sweep of his tongue that smoothed over his stomach in a wet teasing line towards his naval. It was a pleading motion as though coaxing him to top him. He rolled those eccentric wide blue eyes up at Connor, looking so innocent but the blood that occasionally colored his eyes was a dead give away that Axel was not in Kansas any more.

He'd heard him coming - felt it, rather. All movement caused disturbances in the air, and when he focused, he could feel it like you could feel someone creeping in to bed beside you. It was why he'd slowed his steps around the corner; he could feel his toy slipping after him, like a puppet on its last string. The tiniest of smiles tugged one corner of his lips, making a rather amused smirk form. When the hand took his shirt, he didn't even hesitate to come to a stop. Let him beg.
He could feel the touches of his words on his neck - lips that close made him want to turn and force him to his knees. He was almost... almost tempted. There were all sorts of temptations in the world - most of which he never let phase him. This one. Well... a man had needs.
Axel slipped to his knees of his own accord - or perhaps, a strange stirring of his power, that Connor would never be privy to. He never wanted to see the inside of his own mind from someone else's point of view. He had it all figured out, and Connor was not eager to see the perceptions of someone else.
His lean stomach was under assault - a soft, wet, warm assault, that made him consider, again, giving Axel what he wanted. He wasn't cruel - usually - and as such, he knelt down, next to him.
"All I wanted was the words." His voice was soft, and seductive. He had long since learned how to play on the responses of others. He knew just how to touch, just how to laugh, or to smile. Axel was one of the few human beings he let himself go just a little bit further with. His smiles were darker, his laughs were a bit more hollow. His touches never contained love.
Even now, his hands slipped up to Axel's chin, and his face came dangerously close to kissing him - something they'd yet to do, in all honesty.
"Maybe next time you'll say it like you mean it - not just to get what you want. Maybe next time." And without further hesitation, he'd stand, with enough force and surprise to hopefully bowl Axel away from him. His eyes weren't harsh, though, as he looked down at the other boy. He'd taken the sting from his gaze.
"I forgot that I have to head in to town today." His voice was informative now, any trace of seduction wiped clean, like a scalpel through flesh. "Still. I might come see you tonight if I get home in time." A gentle smile. The possibility of Axel coming to his room was impossible, he'd never let the precog in, and he knew that.
For now, this game was over. He made his way through the door.
If Axel were good at noticing things, he'd see that the cameras were angled upwards - they'd never see a thing.
