st. louis art museum`` The Saint Louis Art Museum is one of the principal U.S. art museums, visited by up to a half million people every year. Admission is free. The museum's three-story building. In addition to the featured exhibitions, the Museum offers rotating exhibitions and installations. World Aquarium Each day, the World Aquarium offers its visitors a first hand opportunity to watch daily animal feedings. The World Aquarium is attached to the City Museum which is currently off limits to all citizens of St. Louis due to the freak accident that recently occurred there. Gateway Arch The Gateway Arch is located on the banks of the Mississippi River. The stainless steel-plated arch is in the shape of an inverted, weighted catenary curve. In order to withstand strong winds and earthquakes, the top of the arch was designed to sway up to 18 inches.
