Super Strength; is the gift of exhibiting strength outside the boundaries of any normal human being. They can lift cars and cause destruction through the use of just their hands. They don't have to look the part either as there are some breeds with fragile features who could carry things twice as heavy as they are.

Power vs Control
Having more power means raw power. This type of strengths exude raw power and they showcase it whenever they can. They can crush metals into dust and tear cars apart, some more powerful ones can even take a building down with the use of their brute strength. Raw power however comes with a price as all powerful strengths who don't have control can barely contain their ability. You can probably say that opening car doors and dialing phones are a bit of a frustration for them. They can't level their powers to not exceed the normal humans'.

Simple enough, more control means it prevents strengths from crushing their friends through a hug or new acquaintances by a mere handshake. They are able to adjust their power as to match situations. Though not as strong as the power oriented ones, they can easily outmatch them by skill.
