known limits;; Veronica has been known to have no control over her powerful her voltage is when she is emotional or if she is upset, angry, mad or extremely unhappy.
She has also shocked herself when she has lack of control and can have control of it short bursts, if she 'over loads' she has been known to pass out. If she is trying to use her power and she comes into contact with water she shocks herself.
power history;;Veronica knew she was special from a very, very young age she was only 6 year old when her power developed but unlike you would think it came out very weak at first just little tiny half sparks from her hands, she didn't really understand it but kept it from everyone else it's was her gift her little secret.
As she got older, things took a nasty turn for her as the power itself began to expand and develop more, it became harder to control and much stronger the voltage itself became harder and more deadly she first realized this when she was staying with her grandma in Connecticut and caused a block out in the whole state, well at least that's how far she thinks she caused it.
She stopped practicing using her power when she was 13 because she had lost control of it and felt it only hurt people and no longer thought of it as a gift but a curse. Although she tried to suppress the power it still manifested when her emotions were out of control and because she was suppressing her power it came out much more powerful that she could handle and has passed out for a couple days.

Veronica is pretty small and is only 5'3 feet tall and can always be seen wearing heels whenever she can, it's not very often you will see her out of them or in flats. She likes boho and chick designer clothing and likes to stick to more neutral colors rather than out of the ordinary, brighter colors even if the colors don't match her personality. She doesn't wear too much make up just a enough to enhance her natural beauty and doesn't look like a doll or like a clown.
She has dark green piercing eyes which suit her skin tone and has long blond hair although she has had bangs, currently doesn't have any and likes her long silky smooth naturally blond hair. Besides what other people may think of her she tends to be really flirty with almost everyone which sometimes comes off as slutty but it's something she's done for so long she does it automatically. She doesn't intend to out of her way to bitchy or steal anyone boyfriend but sometimes people think of her friendl-iness that way but she can't control what other think of her.
She is also really upbeat and energetic she can turn almost any downer or sad situation and turn it upside down and comes out with some witty comments. She is also fairly sarcastic and loves to see people worry she likes to play tricks or just mess with them. She is also very outgoing and friendly. She is also fairly intelligent she tries her best and although she won't beat Einstein IQ she considers herself quite clever but knows she's not the smartest girl out there knows there's much for her to learn although she usually picks things up fairly quickly she isn't the fastest learner and has to study like every other kid.
Veronica tends not to care what others think about her or her attitudes, when playing around some people take her too seriously and think she is trying to be mean or bitchy but that's just not her. Her friends do know what she is like and put up with it, well they have to. She is also very upfront and honest, she will almost always speak her mind, regardless of what others may think or say about it. She thinks she is funny and is often complimented for this as she is known as witty, playful and sometimes sarcastic too.

Veronica and her twin brother Ethan were born to happy married couple Peter and Rachel Milano, they had been married for a little over a year and decided it was time to start a family, maybe it was because of Rachel's drug-free home birth that Veronica and Ethan turned out so neurotic, and cheeky. Well at least that is what Rachel tells herself. Rachel is a clothing designer who brought out her own line of clothing 'Milano Clothing' before she fell pregnant and quickly got the fame it deserved but felt empty without a family although her husband Peter owns a club in downtown Los Angeles Rachel used to spend more time with the twins.
As a child Veronica and Ethan grew up being spoiled in California and they were always told they were special, more special than Veronica knew. It wasn't until she was only 6 years old that she first found her power. She was playing alone in her room, her brother was playing with their mom and she saw little sparks of electricity come from her fingers and then disappear again, she tried to make it happened again but as she didn't know how she had done it she couldn't intentionally make electricity again, this wasn't the last time she would use this power though.
As a kid, she was an outgoing funny little kid and she loved school she had a fair few friends and loved playing with them and having play dates and having fun. She hated tidying up and began throwing fits and screaming and shouting when she had to tidy up but her mom would not put up with it and didn't let her get away with it, she soon learned if she made a mess she had to tidy it up. Veronica's mom Rachel couldn't understand why Veronica was untidy when her brother was the opposite but what Rachel was yet to learn of course was that they were more different in more ways than that.
As high school started for Veronica she made new friends some of her old friends were there and went to the same high school, her power had gotten more out of control than ever and began staying in and locking herself in her bedroom as she thought she was a danger to herself. But after she had a conversation with her brother Ethan he convinced her that whatever she was worried about what probably nothing and that she should just try and let it go.
A month ago Veronica completely lost her temper, well she didn't lose her temper as such but she was on her period so her emotions were all over the place and as she was upset that her best friend had canceled their sleep-over arrangement she lost complete control of her power and very high voltage electricity was generated from her hands as she watched some of her mom's sketches get burned from the heat and she had made a big hole in their couch too. Upon returning home Rachel was not very happy with Veronica at all mostly for not telling her about her ability but secondly for the damage and without a second thought Peter and Rachel sent Veronica to St. Louis.

Veronica sat in the same hard, uncomfortable chair she had been for the last half hour or so, she sat with her heel clicking against the side of the desk which made a little tiny noise. Nothing too loud no body heard she sat in silence as she watched her teacher grade some papers, she began to get extremely bored just sitting there she picked up her pencil that was lying flat on her desk and began to flick it quite hard into the desk making a louder noise that could and was heard she watch the teacher look up, she looked at clock out of the corner of eye and knew the class would be dismissed any second
'come on god, it's gotta be time already'
she thought to herself as she saw her teacher begin to open his lips and begin to speak when she heard the loud ringing of bell which meant she was saved this once. She grinned to herself as she collected her things and her books and stood up and began to walk out of the call to her next class. As she walked by her teacher she watched him give her an evil look and unimpressed look too. She just smiled to herself as she entered the hallway and began to walk to her next class.
She walked into the middle of the hallway when she heard her cell phone ring, she swung her bag around to get her cell phone out of her pocket, it was a sidekick so she swung the top screen around and back again and answered it
"Yo what up"
She said fairly upbeat and energetic, as she said this she felt someone dig right into her side and as she wasn't that heavy or tall she moved to the left a little she took a deep breath
"I'll call you back Eth-"
She said to her brother who was on the phone.As she put her cell phone in her bag and swung it back to her side she looked up at the tall guy that had bumped into her she first noticed that he was still standing right in front of her and that he had a fairly tanned skin and deep dark brown eyes.
"Watch it man!"
she said to him in an agitated voice, one of the things that tended to annoy her about people and their social skills was their rudeness and the guy who had bumped into her seemed to be just that.
'come on god, it's gotta be time already'
she thought to herself as she saw her teacher begin to open his lips and begin to speak when she heard the loud ringing of bell which meant she was saved this once.
