Electrokinesis; the ability to create, absorb and re-direct electricity. Considered to be one of the dangerous gifts, this power is the hardest to control. The effects may vary depending on the medium and the receptor of the electricity. It can incapacitate and cause shock or burns to a person while it may fry and shut down a machines circuit.

Power vs Control
Electrokinesis in itself is already a powerful gift. Having high power with this ability makes it all the more dangerous. It is very dangerous as electrokinetics are very capable of creating electricity through thin air. One thing to note though is that the more powerful a telekinetic is, the higher the voltage they use up when they use their powers…meaning they get drained easily. Powerful eletrokinetics also have a tendency to cause short circuits when surrounded by devices using up electricity.

A controlled electrokinetic as a dangerous adversary. They cannot create and project strong volts and arcs of electricity but they can use their control to use other sources of electricity. That and they can manipulate the electricity such that it will target vital points of the body.
