Aquakinesis; the inherent ability to create and manipulate water and its aspect. Aquakinetics are usually calm and gentle, characteristic to their element but never get on their nerves as they have a tendency to have bad tempers when riled up.

Power vs Control
A powerful aquakinetic may be able to influence bodies of water, though only partially. Two-thirds of our planet and more than 70% of our bodies are made up of water which gives them plenty of playing field. The stronger the aquakinetic the easier it is for them to move and control large volumes of water. The power that gives life becomes the opposite when held by an aquakinetic with strong powers but no control

Control prevents an aquakinetic from being a terror of the deep. With enough control they are able to exercise the will to use their powers effectively. Aquakinetics with strong power usually need a source from which they can manipulate water but ones with strong control can draw out moisture from the air and directly use it.
