known limits;; Felicity is known to be in control of her abilities, an ideal control empath that can function properly as one. And with her other special ability, she easily absorbs the pains or any negative emotion from another emotion and then re-stabilize it into normal levels. Her only limit would be the distance that her powers can reach and thus the number of hearts she can form bonds with.
At times, this factor frustrates her as she wants to help as many people as she can. But seeing others with power more than they can handle makes her thankful otherwise.
power history;;Ever since she was a little kid, Felicity was able to feel things. She was always able to tell if something bothered her mom or if her parents are fighting even if she was in her room or when someone's lying to her. Her parents didn't think anything about it though and chalked it up as something sort of natural. That Felicity was just sensitive and in tune with other people's feelings. They just didn't realize how right they were.
Years progressed on and no one even paid more attention to what she can do. After all, what if she could tell the feelings of others right? Felicity on herself didn't even know of her power, in fact she remained in the dark of it most of her life. Unlike other kids with powers like her…she never had any problem controlling it. It was an almost unconscious effort on her part, owing to the fact that she didn't know. She actually loved that fact about her as she was able to help many people with what she can do.
Everything was fine. Until special ability manifested itself. It seemed like a normal day, the sun shone brightly making it a perfect day for a picnic. So that they did and went to the local park. One minute she was laughing gaily with her parents, and then she stiffened, gasped for air and then she was on the ground screaming. Her parents didn't know what was wrong with her and was frantic as she lay there screaming, tears falling on her cheeks. They brought her to the hospital where she was sedated.
The doctors were as clueless as her parents are as to what's wrong with her. Results turned out that she was as healthy as a horse and that she didn't have any sickness. So the doctors thought of it as a brief relapse, an episode so to speak. And that's what they believed exactly, going home the day after. Until one day, Dr. Reid Sullivan came to them and explained what she can do. Even demonstrating to them what he can do himself to make them believe.
At first, her parents didn't want to believe. Nothing was wrong with Felicity. And for the first time in her life, Felicity felt fear creep inside of her. Fear that her parents would look at her differently…as if she were a different person.

She couldn't see anything ,tears filling her eyes, as she looked at her parents. But she was shocked to see only concern, sympathy and most important of all…love radiate in their eyes. They understood about her powers and although they were afraid…they weren't afraid of her. They feared for their daughter's well being. Thus, they immediately agreed with Doctor Sullivan and convinced Felicity to go and study at Sententia to hone her powers and have better control. She is now on her sophomore year, and so far she is enjoying it in Sententia.

distinguishing mark;;Felicity is what you would call petite. She's small for her height but all her features go along with it that she can actually pull it off. Her curious eyes the color of honey is always filled with life, and framed by long dark lashes. With her cheeky eyes and her sculpted eyebrows, completes her totally girly disposition. She has a small nose that compliments her thin and luscious lips.
Her crowning glory is kept at a length just below her shoulder blades which she tries to keep neat and nice. Usually she wears it hanging low on her back with pins to hold her bangs in one place. Though there are times that she does tie it in a ponytail, though very rare. Her limbs and arms are thin and delicate that highly reflects her personality; fragile.
She wears just about anything. Summer dresses that are floral printed to hipsters and jeans that would hug her body comfortably. She'll wear whatever she liked depending on her current mindset and the weather of course. On terms of footwear, she's one of the few who can actually wear them and look nice in them. Vulnerable >> as she is sensitive. Felicity caves in really easy when faced with emotional pressure. That's why she tries to keep having enemies to a minimum or crossing paths with mean people. She is easily hurt by snide remarks, even if it was only intended as a joke. And she has every reason to be that way. You'd think she'd be more in control because of her powers, but no, that's where you go wrong. She's like a delicate little angel figurine, handling her would require the utter most care. Her powers just makes her more emotional.
Friendly >> Though she tries to stay away from mean people. She does have the heart to befriend some who's not that nice. She's unusually perky and happy that it's not hard not to like her. She considers friends as treasures and she's very warm.
Optimistic >> How she acts and reacts to situation showcases this trait of hers. To her, there is always a silver lining to everything. The way she affects people with her beliefs is so natural that you can almost say that it was innate, that it has nothing to do with her powers. Someone would feel depressed and down, after a while talking with Felicity, they would be back in shape as if nothing had happened.
Sincere >> she's not the type to hide what she feels. She will say what she feel and will not be afraid to speak up. Of course, she keeps to herself if she thinks that what she thought was going to hurt or affect someone negatively…but then again that rarely happens. She rarely harbors any ill feelings toward others, almost none.
Responsible >> She's the type to finish a homework or project the moment they are given. She doesn't like cramming or stalling on something that she can already finish. One of her best facets yet that granted her the position as the school newspaper's editor. And she always takes responsibility for things that she does.
Insecure >> Every girl has to have insecurities don't they? Well, Felicity is one of them. But she doesn't covet what she doesn't have. Rather she just thinks she's not good enough. That's why she always try to do her best. It is but a minute trait of hers that is almost hard to notice. She does get flustered now and then but other than the natural insecurities of a girl, it doesn't get too out of control.

-Pre-Sententia Years-
Birth >>On February 14th, 2005 a little bundle of joy was born to both Melinda and Zachary Andrews. The couple had been trying to have a child for the past five years and only now was their wish granted. At the first time they heard the little baby's heart beat in an ultrasound, they already knew that they've got what they always desired. A baby to complete the family.
Toddlerhood >>Felicity grew up as a hyper little kid, and she didn't have problems interacting with other kids her age as well. She would befriend almost everyone she met, quickly forming bonds with them. She loves the outdoors, always playing outside the house with some of her friends. She was a picture perfect little kid, obedient and very kind. She especially loves spending time with her mom, doing the dishes and helping out whenever she can whenever her mom cooks. At night she would be on her bed and read bed time stories before she fell asleep.
Teens >> Years passed by as if they were days. And Felicity's parents stayed in love, cementing her beliefs on true love and meeting the right guy. In every way, she had been the perfect daughter, excelling in her class, involved in extra curricular activities and still having a life of her own. Her life was pretty much boring, if you call everything in the proper place boring. There wasn't any drama involved in it…picture perfect.-Sententia Years-
The moment she stepped on Sententia, she fell in love with it. The place was far more than what she had expected. The huge buildings housing the classrooms and dormitories, the well-manicured lawns and gardens. And she became more in touched upon learning that the school released a paper of it's own. She had been writing since she was a kid and she loved being able to express herself. She quickly signed up to be one of it's field reporters and after a year's hard work, landed the job as the editor-in-chief of The Beacon.
But life isn't a box of chocolates...
Life in Sententia was hard for Felicity. It didn't affect how she dealt with people, but it did in one way or the other. One of the factors was her terribly missing her parents, only receiving mails from time to time. It didn't help that she was a freshman either. Every teenager experiencing this transition would know what it feels. Add that up to moving into a different state and not knowing anyone and it's bound to be hard.
It was like that most of her freshman year, but she easily dodged the high points of teenage social life and aced the in crowd status. She may not be one of the elites, but she's more than happy just to be who she is. She hasn't made any enemies so far and she's living a good life.
