"Sorry! Sorry! Sorry!" I chanted, biting my lip. Why couldn't I get this right?
"You're doing amazing job, Bella," Edward said, pulling me tight against him. "You've really only been working at this for a few days and you're already projecting sporadically. Kate, Tell her how well she's doing."
Kate pursed her lips. "I don't know. She's obvoiusly got tremendous ability, and we're only beginning to touch it. She can do better, I'm sure. She's just lacking incentive."
I stared at her in disbelief. My lips automatically curled back from my teeth. Hoe could she think i lacked motivation with her shocking Edward right here in frount of me?
I heard mummers from the audience that had grown steadily as i practiced- only Eleazar, Carmen, Tanya at first, but than Garrett had wandered over, than Benjamin and Tia, Siobhan and Maggie, and now even Alistar was peering down from a window on the third story. The spectators agreed with Edward; they thought I was already doing well.
"Kate...," Edward said in a warning voice as some new course of action occured to her, but she was already in motion. She darted along the curve of the river to where Zafrina, Senna, and Renesmee were walking slowly, Renesmee's hand in Zafrina's as they traded pictures back and forth, Jacob had shadowed them form a few feet behind.
"Nessie," Kate said - the newcomers had quickly picked up the irritating nickname, "would you like to come help your mother?"
"No," I half-snarled
Edward hugged me reassureingly. I shook him off just as Renesmee flittered across the yard to me, with Kate, Zafrina, and Senna right behind her.
"Absoulutely not, Kate," I hissed
Renesmee reached for me, and I opened my arms automatically. She curled into me, pressing her head into the hallow beneath my shoulder.
"But Momma, I want to help" She said ia determined voice. Her hand rested agenst my neck reinforceing her desite with images of the two of us together, a team. 
It's been one year sense the ending of Breaking Dawn. And though the happy little family is growing. There are new terrors ariseing. New things that are being planned to attack and take over the Volturi. There is no trace on who or why these people are or planning to do this. Its disastorous. Will the Vampire existance end as the people know it? What will happen to the Cullens? Deliani? even the Nomadic. Most are terrified, others are just letting it slide, thinking that the Volturi can handle it. Or can they?
Not only are the Volturi's Coven being threatened but there is an up roar being said of more deaths in the Phionex area. People dieing, one after another. Each day. No one knows why this is. Though the Cullens have theroies. Alice's visions begin to fade, and she isn't able to see what's going to happen for this nor for with the Volturi. She thinks that it might be a Half-Human-Half-Vampire, but no one's compleatly sure. She's guessing, just a baby half-n-half too. What will the family do with this. Will the Volturi help with solveing the problem? Or will they try and save Voltera, Italy? Keep their people safe. Or will they come and settle this and do something about this new-born Half-n-Half. As all they know about it is that it is a he, and He is a boy. |
